Peelings en Melasma
Trichloroacetic acid and Jessner's solution are the most effective single-agent chemical peels for melasma in patients with Fitzpatrick skin type III-VI, according to a meta-analysis published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology. The agents performed better than other single-agent peels, including alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids, retinoic acid, hydroquinone, and azelaic acid.
